Rich Hudd
Manager
FA Licensed Coach Rich has been with Dilton Rovers Youth since 2013 and is the club manager and club secretary. Rich is passionate about training and mentoring our players and wholeheartedly believes that every player, whatever their background, should have the opportunity to grow, progress, develop and shine through football.

The club would simply not exist without Rich and his drive and endless commitment to ensure that it is the best it can be and that the players are the best they can be as a result.
Ian Philps
Club Welfare officer, U14's Assistant Coach and U8's & U7's Manager
Ian helps support Rich in all things football related but he also keeps the players, parents and club community safe by implementing and overseeing our child safeguarding policy in his vital role as welfare officer.

Ian is always on hand to answer any queries you may have regarding safeguarding and is a well liked, enthusiastic and passionate coach that loves nothing more than seeing the children enjoy themselves, with a smile on their faces.
Matt Clifford
U14's Assistant Coach
Matt is our strategy and game plan expert and will spend hours drawing up plans for future training sessions that will not only push the boys to develop, but that will keep them engaged, motivated and always aiming that little bit higher.

You'll find Matt running the line if needed at games, all whilst encouraging the team to keep pushing, to keep persevering and to keep their heads up.
Sam Sanni
U14's Assistant Coach & Referee
Sam's infectious and positive, can do attitude is a key driver in pushing the boys to perform their very best. His military background is also very useful for installing discipline, perseverance, commitment and resilience from the boys and makes our warm up's very interesting!

Sam has also recently taken his referee qualification.
Steve Johnson
U14's Assistant Coach, U8's & U7's Coach
Steve is the newest recruit to the coaching team and helps support, develop & train our players across all of our age groups.
​
Steve is the driving force behind the club embracing all aspects of being in a grass roots team such as helping our players become mascots and ensuing we utilise all opportunities within the local football community
